hii it’s very easy, websites & apps i use: ezgif, Pinterest, ibisPaint, tumblr sometimes, i get pngs or images off pin or tumblr and i go onto ibispaint to remove the background or extra stuff clinging around the png, then i make a new project resizing it 50x50, 60x60, 70x70, and import the image and how i animate it is using the lasso tool to move it or to add extra details if u get what i mean +_^ or i either zoom in and out, move it left to right, up and down, and save it between every movement then I go onto safari and import my images into ezgif and make the speed 50-70 whatever speed u prefer should be good ! Then I click make gif and your gif should be at the bottom for u to save or download, also thankyou I try to make the cutest for all of you 🐰🐰 hope dis Helped Oke .
